" WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS of Fengye Hardware Products "

  • Thank you for using the products sold by FUNG HARDWARE DECORATION CO., Ltd. & FUNG HARDWARE DECORATION CO., the company (hereinafter referred to as this website), and the original genuine products of our store, to enjoy the following services. The company does not provide any form of inspection or repair for products purchased elsewhere.
  • 1. Please keep the store's warranty card (user stub) and invoice/official receipt/sales receipt printout.
  • Customers must keep the purchase receipts and product warranty certificates of our store in order to receive maintenance.
  • All information cannot be altered. When maintenance service is required, you must provide the above documents before it will be accepted.
  • 2. The free warranty period of the product is as follows, starting from the date of receipt. The free warranty does not cover consumable parts and accessories, such as carbon brushes.
  • Note: This location only deals with the products sold by the company. Products that are not purchased from this website will be rejected. Please contact the purchaser for processing

  • Warranty Period
  • 1. DEVON Dayou series lithium battery wireless tools [one month]
  • (Does not include man-made damage, water entry, scratches)
  • 2. Consumable accessories, including lithium batteries & chargers & household products are free of maintenance

  • 3. If there is any non-human damage within 7 days after the goods leave the house, you can contact our store for a replacement

  • After receiving the product, if the customer finds that the product has a factory quality problem, please contact us immediately, and return the product to us within the time limit to replace the product of the same model. Please note that the returned product must "guarantee that the package is complete", "without any damage and scratches" and "not fill in the warranty card". Fengye Hardware Decoration Engineering Company & FUNG HARDWARE DECORATION CO will reserve the right to refuse replacement. When returning, please pack all the items you received and return them to us, including "product manual", "accessories" and "complete packaging".
  • 3. If the maintenance cost of the product whose warranty period has expired is HK$300 or above, our company will quote you. You can decide whether you need our company to repair the product. If you decide not to repair and take back the product, the company will not charge you extra. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
  • The products sold in this store are all genuine products from the original factory, and the fuselage number/official website can be queried.
  • 3. After repair service
  • If the product repaired by our company is damaged/abnormal within one week, and the technician of our company checks and confirms that no human factors are involved, we will provide free repair service.
